Jayme’s Famous Christmas Crab Vermouth

Ingredients

½ cup margarine

1 cup vermouth

1 can of chicken broth

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 clove minced or pressed garlic

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

2 medium sized crabs

In a fry pan melt margarine and gradually stir in vermouth & broth

Add chopped parsley, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sugar

Bring to a boil and reduce heat

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes

To hot broth add crabs and cover

Simmer for 10-15 minutes

Enjoy!

Beth’s Infamous Holiday "Crab" Appetizer

Ingredients

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

1 package of flake imitation crab

A few slices of American cheese

Lay out several crackers on a microwave safe plate

Tear apart imitation crap

Place varying size chunks on crackers

Rip cheese into cracker sized pieces and lay on top of crab

Microwave in 10 second intervals until cheese is melted

Let cool a few seconds and dig in!
